There Are No Solutions, Only Trade-Offs
- You have to weigh the priority of the things you want to do and recognize that you can't do them all simultaneously, all the time, it's just not gonna work. So you've got to figure out where to make some compromises, make some trade-offs.
- You can be anything, but you can't be everything you want.
- If you spread yourself too thinly across lots of different things, you can't be that great at all of them, you can't be that great at any of them after you start to spin it up after a while.

- A good way to gain confidence quickly is to admit the fact that you don't know everything and just be okay with saying, "I'm not really sure what to do here."
